ong time ago, In a mountainous area in a faraway land situated the palace of Barbula. The great Palace of Barbula is inspired by the Garden of Eden so the walls are painted just like it because there is a belief that Adam and Eden was the first king and queen of Barbula. The kingdom of Barbula is now under the rule of King Samuel, Queen Sandra and their triplets- Princess Janine, Princess Jessica and Princess Bella. King Samuel is known all over the kingdom because of being responsible and fair for all of his peoples. Rich or poor, He didn’t care. As long as they violated the law, punishment is being imposed. Queen Sandra is a loving, caring and kind mother not only in her daughters but also in King Samuel’s people. And lastly the three Princesses, They have same attitudes but not the taste and fashion. Among the three, Princess Bella has the prettiest face. She looks like her mother while the other two princesses’ looks like their father.
Now, The Three Princess turns eighteen. Kingdom Barbula has its tradition that if the children of the king and queen who will celebrate their debut would throw the golden ball, which is given by their father, to the person they want to marry at their party. The king sends his messenger to invite all the princes all over the world. The party begin at exactly 8 at night; the palace is full of mammoth crowd of handsome princes. After a couple of hours, King Samuel stood proudly at his perfect posture at the stage. “Good evening ladies and gentlemen. Can I have your attention?” He opened to gather everyone’s attention. “Tonight, is the very special night for my darling daughters. They now turn eighteen! ” he continued. Everyone gives their loudest applause. “Now, I’ll give them this golden ball that came from our beloved ancestors that have been pass generations to generation. Come here my daughters, and get this ball and give it to the prince you want to marry. ”The king ordered as he finished. Princess Janine, walk a little bit fast and she stop at a tall, dark and handsome prince named Prince Eduard, The Prince of Latia. Princess Jessica did the same and stops at also a tall, dark and handsome prince named Prince Jasper, The prince of Eucalapta. Everyone applause, but they noticed that Prince Bella didn’t make a single move. King Samuel decided to give her a pat at her shoulder and ask her. “Iha, why don’t you give your ball to the one you want to marry? Go on now, and look for the perfect prince for you. ”The king said. Princess Bella run away and everyone followed her. She stops at the front of the palace where a pauper named Thomas with his dirty clothes is sitting and at the same time staring at her. She quickly gave the golden ball to the pauper. Everyone was shock of what princess Bella did. Even her parents and the pauper were surprised. King Samuel got angry with her; he didn’t think that princess Bella would do it. He ends up the party and he didn’t let Princess Bella and Thomas step at the palace and live with them.

A month later, Princess Bella and Thomas live at the mountain. They are happy living together while in the palace, the king had a critical sick. No one knows his illness even the greatest doctors in the world. Until one old hermit came to the palace and speak with the king. “You need a blood of a newly born lion and your illness would be cured”. The old hermit advice. “But, we all know that lions are wild. They kill peoples. And they are wilder when they guard their babies.”The king replied. “That’s our problem now, you need to get the blood next week or else you’ll die.”The hermit said. The king almost fainted of what the hermit told him. But he knew that it is impossible to get a blood from a newly born lions.
He quickly orders his slaves to go to the mountain but many days are being wasted but no one go home alive. Then, King Samuel ordered everybody who can give him the blood of a newly born lions would receive a reward. The news spread out until it is being heard by Thomas and Princess Bella.
A beautiful Sunday morning, everyone is being surprised by the coming of Thomas and Prince Bella. But Thomas is now a very handsome prince. He doesn’t look like a pauper but he looks more like a Prince. A very handsome prince. King Samuel asks Princess Bella, “Why are you here? And who is this handsome prince? Oh, maybe you realized that you are wrong in choosing a beggar”. ”No, Papa. He’s Thomas. He was the one I choose from the start.” Princess Bella replied. “And why are you here?”King Samuel once again asks. “We heard that you are in a critical condition and the only cure for your illness is the blood of a newly born lion. We are here to give you this fresh blood of a newly born lion” Thomas replied. The king smiled to express his happiness. “Oh, really? But how do you get these? And how you transform from beggar to a handsome prince? ”King Samuel asked. “First of all, let me first introduce myself to you. I’m Thomas the son of the great Nina and Lino and the prince of Atlanta. I wish everyone knows what my father did. He Prisons a Giant at our palace. My heart is being melted when I heard the giants’ story when I accidentally trap in front of the gate where his cage is situated so I let him out. As a return he gave me this red handkerchief. He said that any animal, wild or nice would turn to nice when they saw this red handkerchief. My father gets mad of what I did so he cursed me and he said that the only cure to that curse is when I found a Princess that could love me as me. As a beggar. Come on now; Take this for you to get better.” Prince Thomas said as he gives a bottle of blood to the hermit. “Thank you, Thomas. I’m sorry for what I did. I’m so filled with self remorse. I’m so ashamed of myself.” King Samuel Replied. After the blood is being injected, King Samuel felt better. He thanks Thomas and Bella. And also His loving wife Queen Sandra, Princess Janine and Princess Jessica for taking good care of him. And as well as the Hermit.
Another year had passed; a triple wedding ceremony is being celebrated in the Barbula. Princess Janine with Prince Eduard, Princess Jessica with Prince Jasper and Princess Bella with Prince Thomas. And from then on they live together contended and happily.
